Thoughts on the project: “A cup that makes the world feel relieved”
We aim to create a cup that is kind to the body and kind to the world! My goal is to someday bring a major industry to Turkey and enrich the lives of the Syrian refugees and Turks living there. I first encountered Turkey about 5 years ago.
It all started with an article about the Syrian civil war. The article said, ``I really need help right now.'' Then, I met the children of Revi, an educational support organization that I am currently supporting. My life has changed. Approximately 11.6 million people were forced to flee in Syria due to the Syrian civil war in 2011. Approximately 3.6 million people still live in Inner Turkey. And we are still facing difficulties. A big problem is that they are unable to get jobs because they are refugees or Syrians. Furthermore, Turkey is currently in the midst of an economic crisis, and even its citizens are without jobs, and both sides are in a difficult situation.
“I want to support their lives.”
“I want to create jobs.”
and,
Local staff
“I want you to be filled with happiness.”
This project began with this idea in mind. We believe that using Turkish specialty products can also contribute to the Turkish economy. We aim to create a cup that is kind to the body and the world.
